3. Educational Qualification – TSPSC Group III Recruitment 2023
Must hold a Degree from a University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, a Provincial Act or a State Act, or any other equivalent qualification.
A degree in Arts, Science, or Commerce from a University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central/State act with a Post Graduate Diploma in Computers from a recognized institution.
Shall have passed the Govt. Technical Examination in Typewriting, preferably Higher Grade in English.
If a sufficient number of candidates with Telugu Typewriting qualifications are not available for appointment by D.R as Typists, candidates with English Typewriting qualifications may be appointed subject to the condition that he/she should acquire the Telugu Typewriting qualification within the period of probation on pain of postponement of increment without cumulative effect.

4. Age Limit
The candidates should possess a Minimum of 18 years & Maximum of 44 years. The age is reckoned as of 01/07/2022 (Rule-12(1)(a)(v) of State and Subordinate Service Rules).
