Experience Details
Chief General Manager:
- Candidate Should have Minimum 23 years, out of which majority should be in the Operation and/or Maintenance of Ammonia and Urea based fertilizer plants. Last five years’ experience should be in senior management position as Operation Head (Ammonia/ Urea/ Bagging)/ Maintenance Head/ Project Head. Experience in pre–commissioning/ commissioning of ammonia and urea plant projects will be an added advantage. Should have knowledge of fertilizer policies of India.
General Manager:
- Candidate Should have Minimum 21 years (at least 5 years in a senior Management position) in any
of the organizations/ entities.
Deputy General Manager:
- Candidate Should have Minimum 19 years experience in the areas as mentioned above for General Manager.
