3. Eligibility Criteria Educational Qualification
Candidates should have Bachelor degree in Law from a recognized University or Institute with seven years of legal experience as an Advocate. or Master’s degree in Law from a recognized University or Institute with five years of legal experience as an Advocate. Candidates with two years of experience in dealing with trials under special law relating to the Armed Forces and related court cases will be preferred.
