Bihar Ration Card 2022: Ration Card Management System also called Jan Vitran Ann (JVA), an online role-based application is developed to generate ration card for eligible families who comes under National Food Security Act. The online process provides features to generate a new ration card for the beneficiary, modify the existing ration card, and surrender of ration card. It also provides a feature to generate a new ration card in case of a split of family, change of card type, change of Head of the family.
