Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicant must be a permanent resident of India
  • The age of the applicant must be 18 years or more
  • All the general voters who have valid EPIC numbers are eligible to get this voter ID card
  • New electors who have registered during special summary revision 2021 for those who have applied during November December 2020 can get a digital voter ID card (whose mobile number provided while applying is unique will get an SMS and download digital voter ID card)

Procedure To Download Digital Voter Id Card

Through National Voter Service Portal

  • First of all, go to the official website of the national voter’s service portal
  • The home page will open before you
  • On the homepage, you are required to click on login/register
  • Now if you are already registered on the portal you have to enter your login credentials and click on the login
  • If you are not registered on the portal then you have to first register on it and then log in
  • After that, you have to click on download e-EPIC
  • Now you are required to enter the EPIC number or form reference number
  • After that, you have to enter the OTP sent on the registered mobile number (if a mobile number is registered with e roll)
  • Now you have to click on download e-EPIC
  • If the mobile number is not registered in e roll then you have to click one KYC to complete KYC
  • Now you have to pass the face liveness verification
  • After that, you have to update your mobile number to complete the KYC
  • After that, you have to click on download e-EPIC
  • By following this procedure you can download a digital voter ID card

Through Voter Portal

  • Go to the official website of the voter portal
  • The home page will open before you
  • On the homepage, you have to enter login credentials and then click on the login
  • If you are not registered on the portal then first you have to click on create an account and register on it
  • Now you are required to click on download E EPIC
  • After that, you have to enter an EPIC number or form reference number
  • Now you have to click on download e-EPIC
  • The digital voter ID card will be downloaded to your device

Through Mobile App

  • First of all, you have to open Google Play Store or the Apple app store
  • Now you have to enter the voter helpline mobile app into the search box
  • After that, you have to click on the install option
  • The app will be downloaded to your device
  • Now you have to open this App and enter the login details
  • After that, you have to click on download e-EPIC
  • Now you will be redirected to the National Voter service portal
  • If you are already registered then you have to enter your login credentials and click on the login
  • If you are not registered then you have to first register on it

  • Now you will receive an OTP which you have to enter into the OTP box (if a mobile number is registered with e roll)
