3. Educational Qualification – BHEL ET Recruitment 2022
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology or
Five years of integrated Master’s degree or
The Dual Degree program in Engineering or Technology in the disciplines of Civil or Mechanical or IT or Electrical or Chemical or Metallurgy Engineering.
Bachelor’s degree With Qualified Chartered or Cost and Works Accountants.
Bachelor’s degree with Two years Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources or Personnel Management and Industrial Relations or Social Work or MBA.
Candidates with Social Work or MBA qualifications should have had a specialization/ elective in Personnel Management/ Labour Welfare/ HRM in the final year.

4. Age Limit
The age limit should be between 27 to 29 years
