- 50 (Fifty) years for all posts.
- Upper age limit shall be determined as on last date of submission of Online applications i.e. 30.06.2022. Age for the purpose of determining eligibility will be age as on last date of online application i.e. age on 30.06.2022

Application Fee – AIIMS Faculty Notification 2021
- General/OBC Candidates – Rs.1500(Rupees Fifteen Hundred only)
- EWS Candidates – Rs.1200(Rupees Twelve Hundred only)
- SC/ST Candidates – Rs.1200(Rupees Twelve Hundred only)-
- [Application fee in respect of SC/ST candidates shall be refundable to those appearing in the interview for these posts against this advertisement]
- PWBD – Exempted
- Application fee once remitted shall not be refunded under any circumstances except as stated at (iii) above.
- Applications without the prescribed fee would not be considered and summarily rejected.
