3. Educational Qualification – ADE Research Associate Recruitment 2023
Ph.D. in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering having expertise related to composite material-based structural design and analysis, optimization of Airframe Design by using new simulation techniques, and automation in the structural design process.
M.E / M. Tech in the first division in any discipline related to Electronics, Communication, Microwaves, and RF having three years of research, teaching, or design and development experience after M.E/M. Tech with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed Journal. Desirable: Knowledge in EM Design, Simulation, and modeling of FSS, Radar Absorbers, Radomes, and AESA Antennas.

4. Age Limit
Age Limit: Maximum of 35 and 28 years for RA and JRF respectively as on the closing date of application submission (relaxable for SC/ST and OBC candidates as per Government rules).
